BE SAFE: Precautionary Policy Clearinghouse

CHEJ's BE SAFE Campaign has created a Precautionary Policy Clearinghouse includes precautionary-based laws, policies, local ordinances and industry agreements on a range of issues. BE SAFE will add new policies every month, and expand the issue categories to include nuclear, solid waste and other issues. Please send us any new policies or industry agreements to add to the Clearinghouse by contacting the BE SAFE Coordinator at anne@besafenet.com.
